Quality Assurance Analyst I, II -Omaha, NE or Phoenix, AZ

The Quality Assurance Analyst I works with the Bank's development and application support teams to create and execute end-to-end tests.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Develops test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.

+ Collaborates with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on software projects.

+ Reviews functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

+ Executes and evaluates manual or automated test cases and report test results.

+ Identifies test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.

+ Develops, documents and maintains functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.

+ Develops manual and automated tests for the mobile, web, and SQL environments. Isolates, replicates, and reports defects and verifies defect fixes.

+ Complies with all related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking.

+ This position requires extensive or prolonged typing/keyboarding.

+ This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.

+ This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.

This job posting is reflective of the QA Analyst I functions, qualifications and physical requirements. The QA Analyst II level has variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar program; or comparable professional work experience

+ 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance analysis and testing and 2 years of experience creating automated tests

+ Strong Microsoft Excel experience

+ Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills

+ Available to travel to office and service providers

+ Excellent technical support documentation skills

+ Special Background and Criminal Check

+ BPA (3): Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Solicitation of Employee and Customers

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with a financial organization with retail or commercial experience

+ Experience working with Fiserv processes/products

+ Experience with Selenium Automation Software
