Customer Service Representative
**Summary of Position**
One of the nation's largest and most trusted providers of child support services is seeking a self-motivated, team player who is committed to providing positive outcomes for the children and the families we serve. The Customer Service Representative will possess exemplary customer service skills, a positive attitude while being goal and detail-oriented. If you have the ability to speak clearly, with regular and timely attendance, while insuring all State, Federal and contractual guidelines are met, this is the job for you!
**Essential Job Requirements**
* Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
* Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
* Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
* Must be able to make shard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
* Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
**Required Education**
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
**Required Skills**
* Call center experience preferred
* Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
